These terms tell you the rules for making a purchase through our website www.atdawnswim.com (our site).


Purchase Terms for Products



Once you have placed an order you will receive a notification via email letting you know this has been received. When an item is ready to ship, a dispatch notice will be confirmed by email. We aim to get your order packed as quickly as we can - usually within 48 hours. We will contact you if there is any delay.

Postage Charges

All orders will incur a shipping charge of £5.95 within the UK for standard 2-4 day delivery. These charges are non-refundable when an order cancellation occurs after your order has been shipped.

Delivery Locations

At Dawn Swim Ltd delivers to the UK. 


If you need to make an exchange, return your order using the instructions below and then place a new order via our website to receive the items you wish to buy instead. We will send out your new order as soon as possible, and process your refund on receipt of your returned items (see below).


Returned items must be unworn, in their original condition and with all labels and tags still attached and in tact. We must receive the returned items back within 14 days of you receiving your order. Returns will be at your cost. Please use a Royal Mail tracked service to send your returned items back to us.

To return all or part of your order, please contact us on hello@atdawnswim.com stating your original order number and reasons why you need to make a return. We will then provide you with an address to return your order to. If only returning part of your order, please let us know which items you are sending back to us. Using a Royal Mail Tracked service, please return your items in their original packaging to us at the address below. Once we receive your returned items, we will check them over and issue you a refund to your original payment method if your return meets our requirements listed above.

Refunds will be made back to the original payment method within 7-10 working days of the receipt of your returned order. Items received after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund, and will be posted back to you. Please note that you will be liable for the cost of returning such items back to you.

Faulty Items

All garments are checked for quality by hand at our production house, and we will re-check your order thoroughly again before sending to you, but if you find a manufacturing fault or your order has been packed incorrectly then the items can of course be returned. Please contact us so we can rectify any problems as soon as possible. The return of any items that are not found to be faulty and are not suitable for resale due to their condition (for example: worn; washed; soiled; damaged or altered in any way) will not be accepted and we will not be able to refund you. Such items will be sent back to you at your original postal address provided when ordering, and you will be liable for the cost of postage.

Cancelling An Order

We accept cancellations from the moment you place your order until 14 days after delivery of your goods. If your order hasn't shipped, you will receive an immediate refund. If you have already received your order then please treat it as a normal return and follow the steps above. We will not accept order cancellations if goods have been worn, taken out of their packaging or the labels have been removed or tampered with. To cancel your order, please send an email to hello@atdawnswim.com with your order number and details of the items you have purchased.

Once you've cancelled an order, we'll provide a return address so that you can send it back to us. Please use a tracked shipping service and retain all related receipts and documents until the return has been processed and you have been refunded. We cannot be responsible for any lost return packages and recommend that you purchase your own postal insurance for this reason. We are not responsible for paying the shipping cost incurred from returning an item to At Dawn Swim.

Please note that refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method. When your parcel is received by At Dawn Swim fulfilment centre, you will receive confirmation of your refund via email. Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to arrive back to your account.


Purchase Terms for Services


Please be advised that we reserve all rights to our intellectual property for our services. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, adapt, edit or share any of our services with third parties.

2.2 Swim Socials and Day Retreats


Each ticket entitles 1 person to attend an event. You will receive an email to confirm your order and be added to our mailing list. Details will be emailed to you 3-5 days before the event. You will not receive a digital or printed ticket; we have a list of attendees for each event which is how we confirm orders. Your order will be marked as fulfilled after the event. 


Refunds are only available if you cancel more than 7 days prior to the event, provided it is notified to us in writing. Thereafter, we will attempt to re-sell your ticket for you via our waitlist and refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.

Cancellations by us

We reserve the right to cancel an event at any time. In most cases, this will occur due to unsuitable weather conditions. We will either reschedule or cancel the event. If this is the case, you will be given the option to transfer your place to another event or receive a full refund.

2.3 Overseas Retreats


Your booking is not considered definite and no contract will exist until we receive a deposit of £450. By booking a retreat with At Dawn Swim Ltd you are accepting these terms and conditions.

We do not share customer details with any third parties.


The price is the exact amount to be received in full by us in GBP.

The full payment amount is due 45 days or more before the first day of the retreat and can be paid by bank transfer to the account specified in your original confirmation email sent out after your booking is confirmed and your deposit has been received. If full payment is not made 45 days or more prior to the start date of our retreat it will be assumed that you wish to cancel your booking without refund of your original deposit.  

Travel Arrangements

All travel arrangements are your responsibility and at your own cost. We shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays or cancellations in any of the companies you may have made arrangements with, or for any irregularities in your documentation required for travel. Transfers to/from the retreat are at your own cost, unless otherwise specified.  

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended. If you choose to buy insurance please ensure that your travel insurance covers the activities of this retreat as well as unexpected cancellation, sickness, losses and all other risks associated with traveling and taking part in the retreat. You should bring your own travel insurance policy with you in case of an emergency.

Your Health

It is your responsibility to let your Hosts and Yoga Teacher know if you have any injuries and to be mindful at all times of your own body’s capabilities during the retreat. If you experience any injury or discomfort during any activity during the retreat, then you must desist immediately.

It is also your responsibility to consult a doctor with an understanding of yoga to check that you are sufficiently fit and healthy to undertake yoga classes and other physical activities that you may chose to do whilst on the retreat.

Please advise us of any mental or physical health conditions, allergies and dietary requirements before you book. If you have health conditions and dietary requirements that may be affected by the activities offered on our retreats we reserve the right to advise you to desist and in the interests of your health, or others, we may decline your stay at our retreats.

(Whilst all measures are taken to ensure a high standard of health and safety, (we are situated in the countryside where the land is uneven) and we shall not be responsible for any injuries caused by uneven terrain.

We shall not be held responsible for any injuries sustained during our swims, hikes or other retreat activities. At this time we cannot accept pregnant women on retreat with us.  


You (or any member of your party) may cancel your booking at any time, providing that the cancellation is made by the person submitting the booking form and is notified to us in writing. Cancellation will take effect the day such notification is received by us. If such cancellation is made within less than 120 days before the start of the retreat, we will retain the deposit of the retreat. If cancellation is made within 30 days of the start of the retreat we will retain the full amount paid by you.

Bookings are for the stated period of the retreat. There are no refunds for an unused portion of the retreat. If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of your Insurance Policy, you may be able to make a claim on your own insurance.  

Amendments by us

Occasionally, changes may have to be made (e.g., retreat activities or other arrangements), which we reserve the right to do at any time. If your accommodation has to be changed, we will do our utmost to provide accommodation of a similar standard. If a significant change becomes necessary, we will inform you as soon as possible before your departure.

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel a retreat. In particular our retreats require a minimum number of at least 75% of the participants to have booked by 30 days before the start date. If this minimum number is not reached by that date we may cancel and refund payment to you.

Our liability to you

We accept responsibility for ensuring that the retreats are supplied as described and that the services we are contractually obliged to provide are to a reasonable standard.

We do not accept any liability for cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations, unforeseen changes in your personal circumstances or other events beyond our control.

We are not liable for any injuries you may incur. Yoga classes, swims, hikes or other activities are undertaken at your own risk. We are not liable for any medical or psychiatric conditions, which may develop during or subsequent to the retreat. We are not liable for loss of, or damage to, your personal property.

Group Bookings

Where a booking is made on behalf of several individuals the booking is conditional on the person(s) paying having authorization from all the individuals named on the booking form to enter into this contract. The terms of this contract will apply to each member of the group as though they had paid for their own retreat individually and directly to us.

No Liability for possessions

The Retreat House will not be left empty and unlocked at any time. It is your responsibility to ensure that your possessions are kept safe at all times. This includes hire cars or other hired equipment. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the retreat.


If you have a problem during your retreat, please inform the retreat host immediately and she will endeavor to put things right. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the individual behaviour of any group member or other guest sharing your accommodation.




Should you consider that you have grounds to obtain a refund that are not set out above you should email helo@atdawnswim.com to set out your refund request.

All refunds are provided in accordance with your statutory rights.

By making a purchase on this site you consent to be added to our mailing list. You have the option to unsubscribe at any time.

3.2 Which country's laws apply to any disputes?

These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
